JETWAY PARKING INC. – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 1. Acceptance of Terms By utilizing any services provided by Jetway Parking Inc. (“Jetway Parking,” “Company,” “we,” or “us”), including but not limited to vehicle transportation to and from airport terminals, parking at our facilities, or the use of our online platforms (collectively referred to as “Services”), you (“Customer”) acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms constitute a legally binding contract between the Customer and Jetway Parking. By proceeding with parking or vehicle handover, the Customer accepts all terms detailed here and on the parking ticket issued upon check-in.

2. Contract Formation Upon check-in and receipt of a parking ticket, the Customer agrees to the terms of this Agreement. The parking ticket and any receipts issued serve as the formal contract between the Customer and Jetway Parking. By using our Services, you also agree to all posted or written terms, including those displayed on-site or available at jetwayparking.ca/terms.

3. Service Scope Jetway Parking provides: Vehicle transportation to and from airport terminals Secure parking and vehicle storage Additional automobile services, including car wash, oil change, and maintenance Jetway Parking reserves the right to refuse service at any time, even after a booking has been made, if safety, vehicle condition, or operational factors require.

4. Customer Responsibility Customers are required to: Hand over their vehicle keys at check-in Inform Jetway Parking staff of any security systems, immobilizers, or lock codes so vehicles can be safely moved to storage or other parking locations Ensure the vehicle has valid registration, insurance, and license plates Remove all valuables and personal items prior to handover Take clear time-stamped photos of their vehicles at check-in. Failure to provide keys or access information may prevent Jetway Parking from moving the vehicle and limit the Company’s ability to provide full service.

5. Liability Disclaimer Jetway Parking shall not be liable for: Fire, theft, vandalism, or environmental/weather-related damage Mechanical or electrical malfunctions Theft or loss of personal property inside the vehicle Damage caused by third parties, criminal acts, or flying debris Damage to tires, rims, or windshields (including from temperature change or debris) Any personal injury occurring on the premises Customers park and travel at their own risk. Jetway Parking is not an insurer and shall not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages.

6. Vehicle Condition & Abandonment Vehicles left for more than 30 days after check-in without authorization may be considered abandoned and subject to impoundment or sale to recover storage costs. Jetway Parking may deny entry to any vehicle deemed unsafe, leaking fluids, or inoperable.

7. Indemnity The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Jetway Parking, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of its services, including negligent acts by third parties, except where loss is proven to result from Jetway Parking’s own negligence.

8. Insurance Coverage Jetway Parking maintains General Liability Insurance for bodily injury and property damage caused by negligence. In the event of a verified incident, Jetway Parking will repair the vehicle only at a Jetway Parking–authorized auto body shop. Insurance certificates describing coverage are available at the company’s office.

9. Security & Facility Standards Jetway Parking maintains a secure fenced area, proper lighting, and CCTV surveillance at its facilities. These security measures are preventive safeguards only and do not constitute an insurance guarantee or acceptance of liability for loss or damage, except where loss is proven to result from Jetway Parking’s own negligence.

10. Damage or Claim Procedure Customers wishing to file a damage or loss claim must: Ensure time-stamped photos are taken at check-in Submit claims to jetwaycomplaints@outlook.com along with reservation details Claims submitted without valid photo proof taken at check-in or after the vehicle has left Jetway Parking’s premises will not be accepted.

11. Cancellation & Modification Policy Customers may modify or cancel reservations up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time for full credit, which does not expire and is transferable. Cancellations made within 24 hours are subject to a 25% deduction. Each reservation includes one pickup and one drop-off. Any additional trip (e.g., retrieving forgotten items) incurs a $10 fee. Cancellations or modifications can be made via Third-Party Bookings: Bookings@jetwaypark.ca or by phone. If a reservation was made through a third-party website or booking platform, and payment was processed by that third party, the Customer must contact the platform directly for refunds or changes. Jetway Parking cannot modify or refund third-party bookings.

12. Additional Services and Refund Policy Any additional service requested by the Customer (e.g., car wash, oil change, maintenance) once started by Jetway Parking staff is non-refundable. Customers acknowledge that once a service has begun, Jetway Parking cannot cancel or reverse it, and full payment remains due.

13. Force Majeure Jetway Parking shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: Acts of God or natural disasters Industrial actions or strikes Government regulations System or technical failures

14. Privacy Policy Jetway Parking collects limited personal information (name, phone, email, vehicle details) for service provision and communication purposes only. Data is securely stored and not sold or shared for marketing without consent. Check-in photos and odometer records are operational records for service and dispute resolution. Customers may request deletion of personal data by emailing jetwaycomplaints@outlook.com, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. All data management complies with Ontario and Canadian privacy laws.

15. Non-Disparagement Policy Jetway Parking values respectful communication. Customers who engage in abusive, defamatory, or threatening behavior toward staff (in person or online) may forfeit rights to refunds or goodwill services. This clause does not restrict customers’ lawful right to express honest feedback or reviews in good faith.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes must be resolved in the courts located in Ontario, Canada, which have exclusive jurisdiction.

17. Severability If any part of these Terms is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that part will be separated, and the rest of the Terms will remain fully valid and enforceable
