I've used them twice and haven't been disappointed either time. They only have one shuttle, I think, so the wait is a bit long, but given the price, it doesn't bother me. You'd pay two or three times as much with companies that offer shuttles every 10 minutes. I also tried their cleaning service this time: I asked them to clean the inside of my car and they did a good job, as it was really dirty. I find their prices quite reasonable for the services they offer.
